Reasons why I Blog.

Lots of people especially family and friends tend to ask me why I blog and give tips and advise on Interior design, Travel and Lifestyle, when I can as well market my businesses and get people to patronize me, instead of giving tips and advice.(Naija Sense). That brings me to the question-


Why Blogging?

Blogging keeps my Interior design business healthy. Travel Quest Ltd which is a family business and as a Travel Consultant , giving travel tips also became necessary to give answers to frequently asked questions from travelers and also to share lifestyle tips.
Blogging is fun for me and I hope it is also fun to read.




Reasons why I Blog

• Relationships: I get to create and build business relationships with Interior design enthusiasts, potential clients and professionals in a relaxed and effective way, which enables me establish connections which are created via the blog. Blogging makes me approachable as I want all my readers to feel connected and free to approach me regarding future businesses. WINK... 

• Makes me more memorable: It gives me more opportunity to showcase my brand, skills and identity which will separate me from others in the industry. Frequent updates on the industry,tips,ideas,solutions and decor advise, helps me connect deeply with potential clients. Hopefully, they will have me first on their minds when it comes to redesigning or decorating their space.

• Acquiring more knowledge: The more I blog the more knowledge I gather online and offline and it makes me more aware of the industry and trends.

• Improving my writing skills: The more I blog the more I develop my writing and communication skills.Writing is communication, so the more I write the better I become which can also apply to other aspects of my life.

• Sharing: The joy of sharing knowledge is overwhelming. It gives me the opportunity to share knowledge, trends, new collections and inspiration for your home. Also feed backs from comments from readers are very inspiring.
• Service: Social media mustn't be all about me and my business. It is also about other people, so I use this as a means of encouraging others to explore their design style and also to motivate others in different industries or business, either small or large to follow their passions.
• Blogs are the present and future: With the advent of smartphones, tablets, laptops and other amazing gadgets in Nigeria and the world, people's appetite for news,entertaining and educative information as grown.In Nigeria, the awareness of the social media platform has grown. For businesses to thrive, social media has become the backbone.

With all this said, I hope my blog is an interesting place for you my readers, my clients, potential clients and interior design professionals to discover Interior design at its fullest and to get travel tips and advise.

My blog comes straight from the heart and if all I can do is inspire people to follow their passions,then I'm fulfilled.
